The log church is open and guided tours are available between 10 am and 5 pm on Saturdays and Sundays during June, July and August. For larger groups please book via group bookings
'Slåttergille' Haymaking Festival
2/8 Welcome to our annual mowing guild where we meet with our scythes and you get tips on scythes and scythe mowing from experienced participants. Everyone is welcome.
Summer Lecture
13/8 The historian Andreas Alm comes to Södra Råda bygdegård at 18:00 and talks about the ancient researcher Mandelgren's travels, deeds and some of his countless finds, such as the medieval wooden church in Södra Råda. This is part of the Building Conservation Year 50 years.

19-21/9 Course in timbering for beginners - part of the Building Care Year 50 years and in collaboration with Studieförbundet Vuxenskolan. Information and registration can be found here.
